I do not have a degree in early childhood education.
However, over Christmas, I was able to formulate a theorem of sorts, involving math, children, and history.
The Angelaian Theorem:
Christmas ornaments
plus 5 year olds up to no good (squared)
equals Anne Boleyn.
That is all.

Snort!
You are too smart.
Though did you explain the historical significance to your kids?
Angie says
I didn't think they were ready for beheading stories. Especially since it was a husband ordering a wife beheaded. So, no. We'll save that one for later!
Cameron says
How very… Stoppardian. An algebraic formula for a beheading.
Angie says
Why, thank you, my dear.
I think.

Oh no! lol
Meredith Mull says
Oh my, I understand! I have 2 boys that love to decapitate any little figurines I have out! The shephard in my manger set? Decapitated. A nutcracker? Head broken clean off. They even maimed an angel!! Kids!!!
Leighannn says
This happened on our house.
But with presents becoming unwrapped.
Annoying.
Kimberly says
One bites the dust every year…
Rest in pieces.
